Synopsis: Mental wellness isn’t talked about often, but it is crucial for everyone to be aware of it and know the value of being healthy in your mind. The Mental Wellness program from Speak Life educates students to be aware of mental wellness, recognize mental health issues, and gives them the courage to ask for help when they need it. This session will offer dialogue for participants and teach them how to express their feelings, recognize feeling unwell mentally, and how to address any daily issues that affect their mental health. Rather than sweeping it under the rug, students in this program can expect to feel more confident in their mental health decisions and help erase the stigma against mental health wellness for others.
