Synopsis: The Speak Life Physical Wellness program focuses on nutrition and fitness, giving students the path they need to create a healthy lifestyle and maintain it, no matter what life’s circumstances look like. This program is led by nutritionists, personal trainers and wellness instructors, and Speak Life staff. Students will participate in activities that include reading nutrition labels, demonstrating exercises they can do at home and in a gym, and learn examples of healthy food choices.
