Navigating life after graduation can be overwhelming. From applying to colleges, getting financial aid, finding and applying for scholarships, and handling parental or societal expectations, it’s easy to see why many young adults feel ill-equipped to handle this world on their own.
In addition, entering the workforce with little experience is a daunting challenge. Where can you learn the things recruiters are looking for in a resume and conduct yourself in a way that keeps you competitive in a tough job market?
Our approach is two-pronged to ensure students are prepared no matter the path they choose post-graduation.

Our Life Skills Pathway is one of the most popular modules. It includes in-depth sessions that give real-life scenarios for each skill while also offering students the opportunity to discuss issues and ask questions via Socratic seminars.
Mental and physical health is so rarely addressed in school that many students aren’t aware of how critical they are to their quality of life. Too many students are falling through the cracks and not flourishing due to never knowing how impactful personal wellness can be to their everyday lives.
The Speak Life approach focuses on three crucial facets of personal wellness: mental health, physical well-being, and the impact of positive self-worth. Each session includes deep dives for each topic and empowers participants with real-life scenarios and roundtable discussions to promote critical thinking.
The Speak Life Teacher Training (SLTT) Program trains and motivates those who most directly impact a student’s achievements.
Inspiration, motivation, and a passion for teaching are essential components of the profession and are highlighted throughout the program.
Participants focus their session time on building positive relationships with students, parents, other staff members, and administrators while learning techniques that encourage enthusiasm, dedication, and the fortitude to work hard towards their students’ shared goal of success.
